What I Know To Be True

One of the biggest lessons that I have learned over the years of putting out content is this: it MUST become a constant practice for any business. Every human being {whether they like to admit it or not} is on their mobile looking at some sort of social media. So you must be there, playing with the big boys, vying for the attention of the consumer.

Chores Are A Bore

Yes, chores can be a bore. However, content production has to become a part of your daily routine - like brushing your teeth and making the bed. I know from firsthand experience that it’s not easy; it can seem like a nuisance, a bother, a thing to put off until later. And then there are days where it’s easy and fun to do.

Know that what you are feeling is normal and others feel that way too. {There, there, I bet you feel better already!}

Patience

Believe me, if you are patient and keep on keepin’ on, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. That light can shine from various sources:

  • You will get a ton of new followers on your social channels
  • Your awesome content gets shared out by others
  • Best case scenario: you score new biz because you put out content that brought value to someone.

Bingo! Bango!

That last scenario will make your consistency pay off. And when that day comes, go ahead and pat yourself on the back for a job well done.
